Law Notes: As of 05/07/1994, European patents can be extended to Lithuania. At the request of the State Patent Bureau, WIPO has put forward comments and suggestions regarding the Lithuanian Patent Law with the intention of harmonising it with the Paris Convention, the PCT and the WTO Agreement on TRIPS.
