Usage forecast to exceed 50 million visits in 2005Philadelphia, PA USA-London UK — November 28, 2005 — Today, Thomson Scientific announced that ISI Web of KnowledgeSM is consistently smashing usage expectations, with an average of over 130,000 visits every day from millions of researchers across the globe.
In the UK alone there were 505,086 visits recorded in October, a new record. The number of searches conducted during each visit is also increasing: now averaging more than three per session.
Results from the Thomson Scientific annual customer satisfaction survey show that researchers most value:

- Seamless access to full-text resources – over 16 million full text links to 10,000 journals from more than 300 publishers
