Help

If you have any problems at all with the re-registration process, please contact your local Customer Technical Support team for assistance. Please do not call your Thomson Reuters Account Manager or contact Newport since they are unable to diagnose or respond to individual issues with the registration process.

If possible, please ensure that you are able to receive emails from ths.noreply.ls@thomsonreuters.com since your temporary password will be sent to you from this address. Doing so will increase the chances of this important email reaching you and not being intercepted by your company “spam” email filter. Your IT Department should be able to advise you as to how best to accomplish this step.
