What's New?

Are you getting the most out of Thomson Reuters Integrity?

Great news! The latest enhancements to Thomson Reuters IntegritySM are now available.

One of the most exciting developments is a brand-new content set focused on Experimental Models. Other new developments in Integrity bring new functionality such as new export formats, upgrades in structure editor compatibility, drug-biomarker use links, and links between Integrity and MetaCore™.

NEW KNOWLEDGE AREA: EXPERIMENTAL MODELS

The Experimental Models Knowledge Area details in vivo experimental models that have been used to replicate a disease condition to test the pharmacological activity of drugs. Use this new Knowledge Area to:

  • Learn about new models as they emerge
  • Understand what models are available for development
  • Validate models for internal research
    • Understand how many drugs have been tested in these models
    • Identify how these drugs performed — were they successful?  Did they translate?
    • How much supporting documentation is there for this model?
  • Identify the models used for the leading drugs and competitors in your field

This initial release of the Experimental Models Knowledge Area covers the Integrity backfile of in vivo models for Cancer and Infections with related data found in the Experimental Pharmacology Knowledge Area. Models for all therapeutic areas as documented in new references emerging in the biomedical and patent literature will be added on an on-going basis, and over the coming months we will complete the backfile of models for all therapeutic areas. Click here to see a roadmap of the planned coverage.

NEW FUNCTIONALITY ENHANCEMENTS

  • EXPORT ENHANCEMENTS
Export enhancements include: ISIS to Excel; SMILES in batch; export SAR (structure-activity relationship) Tables from Experimental Pharmacology Knowledge Area; export Experimental Pharmacology data in SDFile format.
  • STRUCTURE EDITOR UPGRADES
Upgraded structure editor compatibility for: Accelrys Draw 4; Chime SP8 (for use with ISIS/Draw™ 2.5); CS ChemDraw™ v. 12.
  • DRUG-BIOMARKER LINKS
With links from drugs to early-stage biomarker uses, you won’t miss any information. View biomarker development from the earliest stage (i.e., Validity = Experimental) and throughout biomarker development. (For licensed users of the Biomarkers Module of Integrity.)
  • INTEGRITY-METACORE LINKS
With new links to MetaCore, you could gain rapid and reliable interworking, saving time and getting to the information required without performing further searches. (License required for access to products.)
