CENTRAL REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Complete your Thomson Reuters central registration today

I only use IDdb and have not yet been through Central Registration on Thomson Pharma Partnering(IDdb)

To start using Thomson Pharma Partnering (IDdb) you will need to do the following:
  • Go to https://partnering.thomson-pharma.com and enter your existing IDdb login details. This will launch the new Central Registration process
  • On the Customer Login Transfer page, do not check any of the checkboxes, simply click SUBMIT
  • Complete the Registration Details page, making sure that you enter a valid email address. You can change the username should you wish at this point.
  • On the next screen you will be asked to review your IDdb alerts and saved searches. If you want to delete some of your alerts/searches at this point, check the DELETE boxes besides the alerts/searches. Note: All Standard Alerts will be automatically transferred and so do not appear on this screen.
  • Click on either CONFIRM DELETIONS or RETAIN ALL
    • Confirmation Deletions will delete the alerts/searches selected
    • Retail All will keep all alerts/saved searches
  • You will see a Confirmation Screen - your central account for Thomson Pharma Partnering (IDdb) has been created
  • Wait to receive an email containing your username and a temporary password
  • Log in to Thomson Pharma Partnering with your username and temporary password. You will be prompted to change the password and then you will be able to access the product


I only use Thomson Pharma and have not yet been through Central Registration

Please follow the steps below to proceed through Central Registration:

  • Go to www.thomson-pharma.com and enter your existing Thomson Pharma login details. This will launch the Central Registration process
  • On the Customer Login Transfer page, do not check any of the checkboxes, simply click SUBMIT
  • Complete the details on the Registration Details page. You can change the username should you wish at this point.
  • Click SUBMIT
  • You will see a Confirmation Screen - your central account for Thomson Pharma has been created
  • Wait to receive an email containing your username and a temporary password
  • Log in to Thomson Pharma with your username and temporary password. You will be prompted to change the password and then you will be able to access the product


I use both IDdb AND Thomson Pharma and have not been through Central Registration for either product yet

Please follow the steps below to proceed through Central Registration:

  • Go to www.thomson-pharma.com and enter your existing Thomson Pharma login details. This will launch the Central Registration process
  • On the Customer Transfer Login page, select the checkbox for Thomson Pharma Partnering (IDdb) to add this to your central account. An additional box will appear for Thomson Pharma Partnering (IDdb) and you will need to enter your existing IDdb login details. Note: It's important that you register for both products at the same time, especially if your IDdb username is the same as your Thomson Pharma username
  • Click SUBMIT
  • Complete the Registration Details page, making sure that you enter a valid email address. You can change the username should you wish at this point
  • On the next screen you will be asked to review your IDdb alerts and saved searches. If you want to delete some of your alerts/searches at this point, check the DELETE boxes besides the alerts/searches (Note: All Standard Alerts will be automatically transferred and so do not appear on this screen)
  • Click on either CONFIRM DELETIONS or RETAIN ALL
    • Confirmation Deletions will delete the alerts/searches selected
    • Retail All will keep all alerts/saved searches
  • You will see a Confirmation Screen - your central account for both Thomson Pharma and Thomson Pharma Partnering (IDdb) has been created
  • Wait to receive an email containing your username and a temporary password
  • Log in to Thomson Pharma OR Thomson Pharma Partnering (IDdb) with your username and temporary password. You will be prompted to change the password (which is then applicable to both products)


I use both IDdb AND Thomson Pharma and have been through Central Registration for Thomson Pharma, but not IDdb

Please click here if you have the same username for each product

To add Thomson Pharma Partnering (IDdb) to your central account, so that you can access both products using the same login details, you will need to do the following:

  • Go to https://partnering.thomson-pharma.com and enter your existing IDdb login details (NOT your central account login details). This will launch the Central Registration process
  • On the Customer Login Transfer page, do not check any of the checkboxes, simply click SUBMIT
  • Complete the details on the Registration Details page, making sure that you enter the same email address as you entered for your central account (ie when registering on Thomson Pharma), click SUBMIT
  • The system will recognise your email address as already being associated with a central account and will ask whether you wish to merge the accounts. Click on MERGE ACCOUNTS
  • On the next screen you will be asked to review your IDdb alerts and saved searches. If you want to delete some of your alerts/searches at this point, check the DELETE boxes besides the alerts/searches Note: All Standard Alerts will be automatically transferred and so do not appear on this screen
  • Click on either CONFIRM DELETIONS or RETAIN ALL
    • Confirmation Deletions will delete the alerts/searches selected
    • Retail All will keep all alerts/saved searches
  • You will see a Confirmation Screen - your Thomson Pharma Partnering (IDdb) account has now been merged into your central account
  • You will receive an email confirming your registration; you will now be able to log in to https://partnering.thomson-pharma.com using your central login details

  • Complete the details on the Registration Details page, making sure that you enter the same email address as you entered for your central account (ie when registering on Thomson Pharma Partnering (IDdb)), click SUBMIT
  • The system will recognise your email address as already being associated with a central account and will ask whether you wish to merge the accounts. Click on MERGE ACCOUNTS
  • You will see a Confirmation Screen - your Thomson Pharma account has now been merged into your central account
  • You will receive an email confirming your registration; you will now be able to log in to www.thomson-pharma.com using your central login details
