Important Things to Know:
- Thomson Reuters needs a minimum of three (3) consecutive, current issues, as they are published, for any evaluation.
- Only current and forthcoming issues are considered in the evaluation. Please do not send back issues; they will not be accepted.
- If you want to provide a cover letter introducing your journal, please provide the following information.
- Full Journal Title
- ISSN
- Publisher's Name and Address
- Editor's Name and Address
- Brief statement on the unique features of the journal and how it is distinguished from other journals in the field. Letters of support are not required.
How do I submit a journal for evaluation?
Please read our Journal Selection Process Essay before submitting a journal for evaluation.
Please submit one format of the journal - either electronic or print. We want to evaluate the most complete and authoritative version of the journal.
To submit an Electronic Journal, click here. Please provide full access information for any electronic title.
To submit a Print Journal
Please (1) establish an ongoing, complimentary subscription to the title for Thomson Reuters, (2) send the most current issue of the journal, and (3) forward each subsequent issue as soon as each is published to the following address:
