 | Guadalupe Jimenez has been with Thomson since 2000. She is responsible for promoting Thomson Scientific products and services throughout Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Prior to Thomson Scientific, Guadalupe worked in sales as an Account Representative within the pharmaceutical and information industries.  | José Claudio Santos has been with Thomson since 2001. Based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, he is responsible for promoting Thomson Scientific products and services throughout South America. Prior to Thomson, José worked for 11 years as Account Manager for Latin America for Elsevier Science. Prior to Thomson Scientific, José also worked for the American Chamber of Commerce in Brazil as an International Affairs Manager developing international trade partnerships between U.S. and Brazilian businesses. He earned his bachelors in Business from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. | Mirta Guglielmoni - Customer Trainer | ||
 | Mirta Guglielmoni's background combines Science and Information Science, and serves as a Customer Trainer primarily within South America. As an Engineer in Agronomy, she taught and performed research in Plant Science at two different universities in Argentina. She received a Masters of Science in Plant Pathology from Rutgers University, and a Masters in Library Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese, Mirta has been providing instruction on Thomson Scientific products to customers in the United States and throughout Latin America since 1997. | Carlos Santiago - Regional Customer Service Advocate | ||
 | Carlos Santiago joined Thomson Scientific in 2000, initially as a Regional Customer Service Representative for Latin America. Since 2005 Carlos has served as a Regional Customer Advocate, and is responsible for enabling full-text links, and, together with sales staff, analyzing and addressing the needs of customers in the Americas and Europe. Prior to Thomson Scientific, Carlos worked for over eight years providing customer service and support in the United States and throughout Latin America for Blackwell Publishing.
